This service provides an essential financial plan, including a comprehensive cashflow analysis, without regulated advice.
It is ideal for clients who prefer to manage their own investments and savings or those with an existing investment management relationship but need assistance in structuring and maintaining their financial arrangements.
Fees
Initial Fee: £1,275 to £2,750 depending on complexity of your financial situation.
Ongoing Fees £1,560 per annum or £130 per month.
Initial Financial Plan
The complexity of the financial plan will depend mainly on three factors;

Below are examples to illustrate how this is applied.
Low Complexity
Clients have an existing portfolio consisting of a General Investment Account (GIA) and ISAs held on one platform, along with workplace money purchase pension funds. Their main objective is to ensure they have sufficient retirement income, with cash flow scenarios focused on whether their assets can provide their desired income at retirement.
Initial Financial Plan Cost: £1,275
Medium Complexity
The clients have an existing portfolio consisting of GIA and ISAs held on a platform together with a Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) each and an offshore bond. They want their financial plan to consider their long-term retirement income needs and also consider estate planning. They want to consider various what if scenarios based on gifting various assets.
Initial Financial Plan Cost: £2,000
High Complexity
Clients have a diverse portfolio including ISAs, GIAs, SIPPs, trust accounts, and a deferred final salary pension. Additionally, they own several investment properties. Their financial plan needs to detail their long-term income position and estate planning. They want to consider different scenarios, such as accessing the final salary pension now versus delaying benefits and the future sale of investment properties.
Initial Financial Plan Cost: £2,750
Ongoing Service and Fee
Under both our Financial Planning Only Service, we will provide:
- Annual Meetings: Meet with you at least annually to help you achieve your personal objectives.
- Plan Reviews: Review your long-term financial plan with you every year, updating your goals and objectives.
- Plan Adjustments: Regularly identify areas where changes to your financial plan might be beneficial.
- Legislative Updates: Inform you about any changes in legislation that may affect you.
- Accessibility: Be available for calls, discussions, and correspondence to update each other on any changes or questions.
- Stay Connected: Keep in touch with updates, news, and invitations that may interest you.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain our records.
Financial Planning Only Ongoing Service Cost:
- £1,560 per annum or £130 per month.
- Extra Services: Additional services, including regulated advice, can be added as needed.
